America is a great democracy and the people are given the opportunity to choose their leadership. Leaders should be chosen by their examples of bringing meaningful services to their neighborhoods.

The people of the Harris County Precinct One Community merit an effective Constable that will work to build partnerships that help move the entire community forward. I have dedicated 20 years of public service to the people of Harris County. Thus, it is my belief all deserve a good quality of life, and therefore, I am determined to insure that the highest quality of life is rendered in our communities. It is also my belief that our children are entitled to a safe environment during and after school; our children should be able to play in parks and recreational centers without fear or danger.

Once elected constable, my staff and I will work to develop, implement and provide observable data from established programs that are monitored under my leadership. The revamping of existing programs will be aimed at reducing crime and providing public safety in our neighborhoods and business communities.

Over the course of this campaign, I look forward to meeting with Precinct One's community, business and civic leaders to have open and candid discussions on how we can collectively create solid programs and strategic plans that will deter crime in our neighborhoods.

Again, as Constable, I will roll up my sleeves and lead the effort to a safer and more secured community because I am one who will marshal resources to provide a constable office of transparency and accountability to the people of the Precinct.
